Have you ever imagined the feeling of being surrounded by 1000 potatoes? Imagine if these potatoes are connected together. Imagine that their electrical energy is accumulated and then discharged into a small speaker that signals their presence along with a flashing light! This is a work that reminds us, in a very original way, of when vegetables were stored in a wooden storage building half buried in the ground.
This is the experience of “Pomme de parterre” presented at the international garden festival held each year in Métis.
“Jardin de la connaissance”, that stirred a lot of discussion last summer, will be held again this summer at the 12th festival, along with “Tree Stands” and “Every Garden Needs a shed and a lawn” that you may also explore at 360 º on visiting the following address::
